Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you may provide a shipping label for return shipping or we can provide an estimate for shipping costs.
How long will it take for my repair to be shipped back to me?
Our goal is to get your part back to you as quickly as possible. We estimate 5-10 business days from the time we receive the part from you.

TECHNICAL FAQ
What if my repair is not repairable?
We will contact you to let you know. We do not charge a repair diagnostic fee for non-repairable items.
Can you come to me to repair my ATM machine?
Unfortunately, we do not do house calls, but it is our top priority to provide quick repairs to get your machine back up and running, with minimal downtime.

What if my card reader isn't working?
A common problem we see with card readers is we find objects stuck inside card reader making in not operable. A quick solution that works is to pull the card reader apart and blow it out, or contact us for a repair and we can check it out.
How long will the repair take?
We estimate between 5-10 business days.
